Shipping Policy
How It Works
All shipping fees are based on the weight and location the item is being sent to. All taxes are determined based on the state of residence. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and non-refundable (including for exchange items). Once the product leaves our shipping location, we relinquish responsibility for your item. It is up to the carrier ( USPS,UPS,etc.) to ensure the package is received. Please allow 3days for processing and 5 days for your item to be mailed from our facility. We do not ship on Weekends or Holidays.

Returns and Refunds
How It Works
Upon returning your items make sure you write RMA & your order number that was given at check out. For example: (RMA00000) write this on the back of your package and email the tracking number to the company email so that we may have it on file. All Jewelry,Hair accessories are non refundable (Due to covid). We have a 14-day exchange policy for items that are returned in "good as new " condition with no stains, deodorant marks, unwashed , etc. All returns and exchanges are heavily sanitized according to CDC guidelines. The items must be postmarked by the 14th day from the date of receipt (according to tracking ) in order for item to be exchanged. Items can be returned and refunded over a 7-day period with the postmark being labeled no later than the 7th day from which it was received (according to tracking ). Please note the return amount will not include the price for shipping to and from the facility.
